Application Orders Delays Could Affect Your Bottom Line
With over 4000 application data orders pending, the AER data order fulfillment department now has a very large backlog.
While we can fill most of your applications orders on demand through AppIntel, the applications you order directly from the AER are taking a very long time. Some recent applications requests have been taking up to thirty days for the AER to fill. The cost of waiting is huge.
Through AppIntel, we've instituted on demand applications. Most of your application orders are filled within a few moments.
Since we’re very fast at filling orders, we offered to help the AER fill their application attachment orders. However, the AER has declined our offer. We had aimed to help them reduce their backlog to two weeks.
By helping we had hoped to help the industry move forward with investment decisions. We believed this would add revenue and value to the industry. By adding production, we thought it would add government royalty dollars in a time when our province desperately needs it.

AER Application Service
The Fekete group of IHS submitted their last application to the AER in May 2015. This was confirmed by AppIntel -- the best source of information about regulatory applications.
Late in 2013 IHS acquired Fekete Associates and continued Fekete’s resource application submission business. However, rumours have been circulating in the industry that the application submission business was abandoned. AppIntel shows that no further applications were submitted by Fekete after mid May.
